BALi island

Bali is one of 13.667 islands in INDONESIA. Bali is the center of ethnic arts and cultures for all in INDONESIA, even the popularity of INDONESIA is defeated by popularity of Bali island. Bali have many cultures, like sclupture, dance, religion, tradition, temples in every house, genuine nature, and  Balinese art pieces including paintings, woodcarvings, batik, silverware,Bali clothing (jogger),etc. Besides Bali have many beaches that very beautiful, amazing,wonderful, and only one in the world.

Bali is whatever you want it to be. In there you can find new stories and new meaning in the simple things in your life.

 

 

This is our journey

*The AL-AKBAR mosque*

                         

Although we go to BALI, we don't forget to do pray dhuhur, so the bus stop in the AL-AKBAR mosque in Surabaya. Surely, this mosque gived name AKBAR, because this mosqueis very big and very large, the facilities is also completed, so many people come to AL-AKBAR mosque to do pray. not only Surabaya people that come here, but people from other city also visited there to do praying. If you the first time come to this mosque, we think you will maked confuse to find place of wudhu.

                      Although we go to BALI, we don't forget to do pray dhuhur, so the bus stop in the AL-AKBAR mosque in Surabaya. HAVING A LUNCH

                  After pray dhuhur in "Agung" mosque at Surabaya, we have a lunch at the parking area of AL-AKBAR mosque. these was one of the moment the trip go to Bali. we have a lunch together with special menu that is nasi pecel in white box. But it is different with pecel menu at coffee shop or other places, because more complete with various food. Such as, beef, ,tempe, and traditional kerupuk that is peyek. although we having lunch we also taking a picture and have style when camera shot us. This is also important to get nice picture. Basicly we like take a picture wherever and whenever. Because our dreaming is want to be a future model and artist but failed.  

 

* Pltu “PAITON” *

Steam Power Plant (power plant), which served to power the Java-Bali. It is located in Paiton. Precisely on the northern coast of East Java province, in the village of Binor, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. Territory adjacent to the Madura Strait in the north, Kraksaan District on the west, and Situbondo on the East side.
If we go to Probolinggo / Surabaya by land (Northern Line), we will pass this Paiton power plant.Maybe if another power plant, was used by you. But the plant is different.The difference is really magnificent and the most exciting, at night we could see thousands of lights on it is very beautiful and this power plant is built above the sea with sand. ..

The plant operates two power plant with total capacity of 800 MW. Electrical energy is then distributed through 500 kV Interconnection System SUTET Java-Bali.

Overall, there are 6 units of power plants to power the Java-Bali:
* Unit 1 & 2 with the smallest capacity, which is owned and operated by 800mW Power Unit Paiton

* Unit 3 & 4 on the power flow through P. Java.
* Unit 5 & 6 with a capacity of 1260MW Power is owned by the Java and East Java operated by YTL.
* Unit 7 & 8 have a capacity of 1200MW by Paiton Energy Co. is owned and operated by PT. International Power Mitsui Operations & Maintenence Indonesia (IPMOMI).
* Unit 9 is currently in construction stage by a consortium of China, and the expected completion in 2012.

* Sanur beach *

                   Sanur is a very well positioned venue the locals of Sanur, we can watch a sunrise. At about 05.30 a.m WITA, we watch sunrise together. There many people just sit and relax at the sand. When sunrise come, we can take a picture so there is very cool. The tourists seldom come here because the view of sunrise is too early

*The international Bali tourism institute ( STPBI )*

                   SPBI the international BALI tourism institute or STPBI, have a many program, for example SPB hospital and cruise line program, SPB spa training center, pastry and bakery training center, SPB maritime training center, and SPB airline training center ( SPB-ATC). SPB airline training center is education and training to study pramugari/a and ground staff. When we enter in STPBI, I just say wow…big school, I hope one day UNISLA can be like STPBI.

* Sukowati market*

              Sukowati market is famous on the main road BALI island. If you have never come to Sukowati, there are many people are selling stuff on both sides of the street.In sukowati, we can buy all necessary. We get thing if we smart to bid. Because in Sukowati the price is very exspensive, but if we smart to bid something, we can get price that very cheap. In Sukowati market, many people selling the merchandise, for example :BALI clothes, dress, shoes, belt, etc. There people also selling the original snack from BALI, like jenang, arak BALI, Bali jack fruit, etc.

               Although in Sukowati market the place is very little by people selling, but the situation is very crowded. So if we go to BALI, don’t forget to come in Sukowati market.

* Kuta beach *

             Kuta is popular beach in the world, even kuta is conqure the popularity of indonesian country. The location of kuta beach at jimbaran, bali, Kuta beach is one of the first favourite beaches discovered by tourist, because kuta still remains one of bali’s best surfing beaches and a great place to enjoy a beach lifestyle. Kuta is the most popular beach in Bali and the island’s number one party zone. Coconut trees line the sand beach as far as our eyes can see towards the north stopped by the runway of “ngurah rai” airport far in the west. We can do anything in there like, surfing, swimming, play water sports, sun bathing, football, and many more. We also can see the spectacular view of sunset

* Dream land  beach *

                 Dreamland beach BALI located in the village of Pecatu, Bandung regency, located on the southen island of BALI. The beach is most beautiful beach among other beach in BALI. The waves is big and the sea is blue, very amazing. When you down the rocks and the step the beach, you will be dazzled by views of rock cliffs in which there is a green pasture that is high enough. Many foreign and local tourists who like in this area.

* Bedugul  lake*

          Bedugul is one of the places/ attractions of BALI that offers the natural beauty of mountains and lakes. A high place to make this area are always shrouded in mist and cold air. The scenery that beautiful not only atrracts local tourist but also attract foreign tourists. The natural beauty of the mountains and lake Baratan a clean very charming, in the middle there is    “Ulun Danu temple” that is a shrine to the goddess, Danu Sang Hyang as the giver of fertility.    It is a tourist attraction that would be too bad if you miss when it comes to BALI.The atmosphere at the edge of the lake seemed to be in ancient times, the fog slowly lifted from the lake to cool down, and the scenery behind it is a green hilly forest. A rush of wind on the surface of the lake, small ripples bring peace. When the coulds come, the atmosphere of the fog surrounding the temple, the other magical impression. There is peace and tranquility hard to find in anywhere else.

             Travelers can enjoy the beauty of the lake and Ulun Danu baratan, and enjoy a leisurely tour time while on foot, rent a boat, many tourist visit here during the holiday season arrives. There’s botanical gardens in Bedugul which is the only one in BALI, various types of fruits and vegetables fruits thrive in this area. Locals sell their garden in the local market and also sold to   

 other areas in BALI.

           In this attractions prepared of this boat or canoe is rented out for tourist to better enjoy the beauty of lake Baratan. In tourist areas there are small stalls for souvenirs for the family

* Tanah Lot Temple *

                 TANAH LOT” is famous places in BALI. And the location on the coast west BALI, this place is very beautiful. There are two cave they are snake cave and pura water cave. We forbidden to take picture at the cave, there is temple of pura Batu Balong
